Hey Creative Friends,
I’ve been telling you how keeping a journal is a form of self expression. Right? Especially now that we’re in difficult times, it can actually provide an outlet to help you calm yourself down.
For the past two weeks, I’ve been working with a group of ah-mazing people to teach them just that – daily journaling.
It was a great workshop/challenge. In the two weeks, each of us learned something new. We discovered things about ourselves which we’d previously not been able to find adequate ways to articulate.
Especially in times like these, the calm that you get by keeping a journal is priceless. And guess what! My workshop participants totally agree:

As you can see from above, it’s pretty obvious that keeping a Journal does make you feel good.
Keep in mind, this is not for skilled writer, authors, or anything like that. You don’t need to have good grammar, or a strong command of the language.
All you need is the ability to write. PERIOD! If you can do that, I can teach you how to journal.
If you missed this opportunity to learn how to harness the power of writing in a journal as a form of expression, no worries. I’ll open up the journaling challenge for registration again very soon. I’ve got to get these tools out there to help as many people as possible.
Don’t you agree? Yes, I knew you would. So, be on the lookout for the next time this journaling course opens. To be the first to get notified, sign up here…
