Architecture

Architecture does not only provide the spaces in which we spend our waking hours every day, but they provide a sense of place for us humans. Most people have nostalgic feelings towards a building somewhere in their life stories.

Although a good part of the architecture around us are created with straight lines, that doesn't take away from the visual impact that the interactions between the simple straight lines create.

In this series, I investigate the use of simple straight lines to create visual interest. I employ horizontal, vertical, curved and diagonal lines to balance my compositions.
